Born on November 11, 1966, in a small town on Norway’s northwestern coast, my path has been shaped by challenges that taught me resilience and triumphs that enriched my perspective.

From my early years navigating foster care and overcoming personal struggles to serving as a UNIFIL veteran and embracing creative roles as a graphic designer, radio personality, and healer, I have lived a life filled with contrasts and learning. Each chapter has added depth to my understanding of the human spirit and the interplay between light and shadow. In 2001-02, I experienced a profound transformation during an intensive 18-month period of group therapy and self-exploration. This awakening connected me to a deeper consciousness and ignited my passion for writing, from reflective texts to poetry. Today, I channel these insights into my work, bridging technology, spirituality, and personal evolution. My style in artistic expression, particularly in mixed media, often features a combination of bright, uniform colors arranged in geometric, simple shapes. These are frequently paired with cutouts or text written by me. My goal is always to inspire deep thinking or at least trigger an inner process within the person engaging with my work. To me, art is a gateway to reflection and contemplation—not necessarily about the piece being observed, but about what unfolds within oneself in response to it. Some might describe my style as playful, characterized by bold colors, broad brushstrokes, or thick digital lines. However, for me, it is less about aesthetic techniques and more about channeling profound reflections and introspection through the limitless opportunities of artistic expression.
