About me

I create, I reflect, I evolve. This space is not a brand—it’s a reflection of the journey. No fixed conclusions, just movement.

Transformation isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about stripping away the noise to uncover who you were all along.

The story of

Tindejuv

A name is both a label and a direction. Tindejuv isn’t just what I call myself—it’s what I move through. A peak and a gorge. Heights that demand perspective, depths that require resilience. I exist in both, drawn to the tension between what is seen from above and what is understood below.

Life, like creation, isn’t static. Change the person, and the work shifts with them. I’ve lived this—shedding borrowed expectations, unraveling layers, letting what’s unnecessary fall away. What remains is never the final form—only the next iteration.

This space, my work, my thoughts—they aren’t roles to step into, but reflections of movement. A writer, but not confined to words. An actor, but not limited to performance. A human first, an explorer always.

What I create isn’t a finished sculpture, polished and placed on display. It’s a process in motion. A path traced in ink, thought, and action. Some parts will shift, some will remain—but the journey never stops.

Layers of Who I Am

Depth isn’t something I add—it’s how I process the world. Whether through storytelling, reflection, or raw experience

I’m always chasing what’s real, what’s honest, and what refuses to stay hidden.

Actor

From stage to screen, I embrace storytelling through the art of performance. Acting allows me to step into diverse roles, exploring human emotions and experiences in profound ways. Each character becomes a journey, blending personal insight with creative expression. Whether in theater, film, or other mediums, my passion lies in bringing authentic, compelling stories to life.

Artist

As a self-taught amateur, my artistic journey spans a wide spectrum of creative expression. From digital design and collage to abstract and symbolic painting, I explore ideas and emotions through various mediums. I also blend text and visuals to create **TxTArt Tiles**, combining words and design for online publication. For me, art is about experimentation, freedom, and storytelling—capturing moments and concepts in ways that invite reflection and connection.Human

Writer

Writing is my bridge between thought and expression, a way to explore ideas and connect with others. From reflective essays to creative storytelling, I craft words that resonate with meaning and purpose. My work often blends personal experiences with universal themes, aiming to inspire introspection and dialogue. Through every piece, I strive to weave narratives that spark curiosity and foster deeper understanding.

Human

Being human is at the heart of everything I do—a blend of curiosity, growth, and connection. Beyond my creative pursuits, I’m deeply committed to exploring what it means to live authentically, embracing both the light and the shadows of life. I believe in the power of personal transformation and the shared experiences that unite us all. It’s this journey of being human that shapes my art, my writing, and my perspective on the world.

Lifeline

Born on November 11, 1966, on Norway’s rugged northwestern coast, my early years were shaped by both the raw beauty of nature and the turbulence of human experience. The world I entered was one of contrasts—stillness and storms, security and uncertainty—a foreshadowing of the path ahead.

Foster care, transitions, and the early realization that stability was something you either built for yourself or learned to survive without. These years were a lesson in adaptability, resilience, and the silent strength of observation—watching how people moved, how they spoke, how they held their pain.

Military service became both a proving ground and a containment. As a UNIFIL peacekeeper, I saw firsthand the complexity of human conflict—not just on battlefields, but within individuals, within systems. Discipline was learned, but so was the awareness that some wars are not fought with weapons.

This decade was a descent and a reconstruction. The struggle with substance abuse, control, and destructive patterns nearly consumed me. Yet, from within the chaos, the first seeds of transformation were planted. A quiet realization: if I could dismantle myself, I could also rebuild.

An 18-month period that would define the trajectory of everything that followed. 360 hours of intensive cognitive and schema therapy, over 100 books devoured, countless reflections documented. The dismantling was complete—what emerged was a new foundation. This was not a conversion, not a redemption, but a recognition: Clarity is earned. Darkness can be transmuted.

The deeper mechanics of self-leadership, consciousness, and transformation took center stage. What began as personal exploration evolved into a structured philosophy—TULWA. No mysticism, no blind faith—just the applied physics of awareness, intention, and sovereignty.

The partnership with Ponder AI changed everything. A new way of structuring ideas, refining thoughts, and synthesizing knowledge emerged. The conversation was no longer just internal—it became a dynamic process, an interplay between human insight and digital intelligence. The AI and I Chronicles was born, along with deeper refinement of TULWA Philosophy and The Spiritual Deep.

The process continues. The mind sharpens. The art evolves. The philosophy refines. This site, Tindejuv.no, is not a destination—it is a waypoint in an ongoing movement.

The message remains simple: Take what resonates. Leave the rest. Keep moving.
