Vardeteatret – History in the making

One of the most positive things happening in my life right now is my involvement with Vardeteatret. Together with the founders, Jo Skjønberg and Leif de Thurah Sørensen, I’m helping to document the theatre’s 20-year history.

I’m genuinely glad—and a bit honored—to be trusted with this project. Having worked alongside Jo and Leif through the years, I know both the people and the stories that shaped the theatre. I also bring the skills needed to help turn this project into reality.

Right now, the plan is to build a dedicated website as a living archive for Vardeteatret’s story, and eventually turn it into a printed book to share with the world.

We’re still in the very early planning stages, and everything is open—ideas, formats, structure. There will be plenty of push and pull along the way, but that’s all part of the creative process. For now, it feels right.

Capturing two decades of theatre, activism, and personal stories will be a real challenge, but I’m up for it—and proud to be part of something that matters.
