Here are some of my life events and some of the experiences that have shaped and formed me into the person I am today. This is just snippets of the complex and ever-evolving mammal that I am at any given moment in life, but they should give you a glimpse into my soul and mind.
I am a Norwegian man who identifies as an actor, writer, artist, and human. I consider myself a professional amateur in all my professions, and my mission is to use my creative abilities and willingness to share to make a positive impact on the world around me. I believe that art has the power to communicate complex reflections, emotions, and ideas, and my reflective outputs can help transform people\’s lives and inspire them to think out of the box.
My work is not just about entertaining audiences, but also about inspiring, educating, and raising awareness of personal consciousness and transformation. I draw on personal experiences and broader societal issues to create work that resonates with audiences, seeking to convey a message or tell a story that can make a difference.
Driven by a strong sense of self-motivation and independence in my creative pursuits, I believe in the importance of my work and am dedicated to pursuing my mission regardless of the obstacles I may face. I value a range of creative forms and am constantly exploring new ways to express myself and push the boundaries of my creativity.
My transformed life experiences have played a significant role in shaping who I am today. I grew up in a small town on the West coast of Norway, where school time became a nightmare due to being bullied and teachers giving up on me. I dropped out of school after the 7th year – and it was only during a stay at a special school one year later that it became clear: I was not dumb or lazy, and I was equipped with a mind and cognitive functionality that was above average. In a short time, I regained what others had spent many years learning.
Now began a very active period in my life. I became involved in voluntary rescue work and first aid, helped start the hometown\’s first local radio, became a central figure in the growing club scene, became a disc jockey, and worked with advertising and digital design, among other things. After completing my military service, I joined the UN and was a soldier in the peacekeeping UNIFIL forces in Lebanon. Here I somewhat excelled and thrived through several periods of service with a willingness to put in the effort and work far beyond what one could demand of a soldier.
But settling down and choosing a career was difficult for me. I became a searching person, participated in alternative activities, and attended courses and teaching programs. I was and still am particularly interested in belief systems other than the prevailing religions, which I feel bind people to rigid dogmas instead of liberating them. Through various and deep spiritual experiences, I found my alternative path, which I still follow.
During this time, I also discovered my passion for theatre and artistic expression, developing performances intended for the business community and performances for teaching. I have experience in film and TV, and my work as an actor and public speaker has been well-received.
Although my health has suffered in recent years and I am on disability benefits, I remain a searching person who has a lot to give. I possess an extraordinary amount of life knowledge, having transformed many dark, heavy, and painful experiences into positive outcomes. I love to share this knowledge and insight, whether I\’m writing, creating artistic expressions, or using my acting experience. And I particularly enjoy engaging in one-to-one conversations and reflections with smaller groups of people from the next generation.
In summary, I am a creative, introspective, and altruistic individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on society through my artistic abilities. My work reflects my transformed life experiences, my curiosity, and my willingness to learn. I hope to inspire others to think differently about themselves and the world around them through my artistic output.
